The Swedish Cultural Society Records contain records for the Supreme Council, the Swedish society Riksföreningen för Svenskhetens Bevarande i Utlandet, and nation wide chapters, as well as three Illinois chapters in Oak Park, Rockford, and Chicago. Records include minutes, correspondence, and financial records.

The Swedish Journalists Society records contains historical materials and bylaws, minutes, financial records, programs, publications, and clippings. The bulk of the records are from 1941 to 1962 with the largest amount from the 1950s and are predominantly in Swedish.

The Swedish National Society of Chicago collection contains material on the organizational structure, financial records, correspondence, and publications of the society. The collection spans the years 1914 through 1960 with the bulk of the records from the 1930s and 1940s.

The Swedish Pioneer Historical Society Records span the years 1948-1983 and include the society's constitution and bylaws, minutes, financial reports and ledgers, correspondence, membership lists, and information regarding the pioneer tours, charter flights, and other programs. Records related to the Swedish Pioneer Historical Quarterly and other publishing efforts are also included.

The Swedish Typographical Union of Chicago existed from 1893 to 1970 but most of the material in this incomplete collection is from the periods 1893‑1914 and 1959‑1970. The bulk of the existing records in this collection are financial and membership records.

The records of the United Swedish Radio Service contain records in four broad categories: organizational history and structure, finance, correspondence, and publications. The records span the entire history of the organization and are predominantly in English.

The records of Varmlands Nation of Chicago include administrative, financial, and membership records spanning the club's history from 1925 to 1970.
