Biographical / Historical
The Covenant Volunteer Services (CVS) was a program whereby Covenant churches would apply for and obtain Covenant Young people twenty years or older to assist in the various areas of programing of the local church for a period of nine months. Pastors would complete a form giving an overview of the local church, including specific needs, and questionnaires were completed by applicants.
