Biographical / Historical
The Policratici Collegium North Parkiense was started in January 1969 by the Department of Politics of North Park College. The title informally translates into something like “those who are students and practitioners of politics”. Each volume was published in two issues containing articles from both non-resident and resident colleagues. The goal of the publication was to offer a place to share and discuss thoughts about politics amongst colleagues.
