Framed Portrait of the King and Queen of Sweden
Scope and Contents
The official portrait of King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Sylvia of Sweden was given by the King and Queen in honor of the inauguration of the Hugo Anderson Chair in Scandinavian Studies at North Park University in 1984. The King and Queen participated in the ceremony held in the gymnasium. The King signed the matting, but the signature disappeared over time.
