Miniature kayak. Condition: Fair, seal skin layer around boat is torn, boat has a hole in the bottom.

Miniature kayak. 31" long; Seal skin stretched over driftwood frame, sewn with sinew; four small ivory posts are sewn to the bow.; From Nunivak Island, Alaska; the construction is typical of the island, with the hole in the bow and the notch in the stern. The function of the ivory posts is to hold oars.; Has an ID tag, but the tag is blank.
