Scope and Contents
From the Series:
Beginning in 1990, Urban Outreach published a regular newsletter. In 1993 (with volume 3 issue 3), it was renamed "Hands-On Magazine." This newsletter focused on social justice issues and action and was written and edited by North Park students.
