General
Model built by Leonard Newquist at ages 12-14. Constructed with hand tools and no measuring. Original Tabernacle was built in 1907 on corner of Broadway and Aldrich in Minneapolis. Sold in 1957 to a Lincoln-Mercury dealership and building torn down. Original buiding seated approximately 1000 people. In 1957, membership of Broadway Covenant Church was at 250 and the church became Trinity Covenant Church.
