The Covenant Messenger (Canada), 2001
Scope and Contents
The Covenant Messenger is a publication of the Evangelical Covenant Church of Canada. Formerly know as Timely Tidings from 1943-1947, it was published semi-monthly with a $1.00/year subscription. After growing dissatisfaction with the name Timely Tidings, the publication’s title was changed to The Covenant Messenger. Along with the change in name, the newsletter also switched to a voluntary contribution status rather than subscription, and was published on a monthly basis. The Covenant Messenger delivers news about the Canada Conference, both from home and abroad.
